1 Sept – 30 Oct: 900.00 Euros.

1 Apr – 30 June: 900.00 Euros.

1 Nov – 31 Mar: 775.00 Euros.

Refundable security deposit: 500.00 Euros (For winter rentals).

Winter rental: 750.00 Euros  (minimum 3 months).

Excluding Electric & Water.

Including: TV/WIFI, Pool maintenance.

AN ADDITIONAL FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE END OF STAY CLEAN AND LAUNDRY ON THE COMPLETION OF THE LONG TERM RENTAL.
