General Rental Information
ARRIVALS AND CHECK-IN:
On the day of arrival, access to the property is available from 16:00, unless prior arrangements have been made.
On the day of departure, the property must be vacated by 11:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
All rental guests are required to attend our office on arrival for check-in, unless alternative arrangements have been confirmed.
Please ensure you bring your booking confirmation along with passports or ID cards for all guests staying at the property (including minors). Scanned copies are required for each guest, in accordance with Spanish legal requirements.
Key collection and meet & greet details will be arranged via WhatsApp one to two days prior to arrival.
Basic welcome packs (food and drinks) are available on request for arrivals after 21:00, and are subject to an additional charge.
ACCOMMODATION AND AMENITIES:
All properties are furnished and equipped according to the individual owner’s preferences, while meeting the standard requirements for holiday rentals.
Each property is provided with essential basic equipment. In the unlikely event that something is missing, we will arrange for the item to be supplied and left in the property where appropriate.
Should guests require additional items not provided, these may be purchased locally and either used during the stay, left in the property, or disposed of at the end of the holiday, at the guest’s discretion.
As guests come from a variety of backgrounds and cultures, it is not possible for owners to anticipate every individual preference or home comfort.
DEPOSIT:
A payment of €300.00 is required to secure the property for your chosen dates. This amount serves as a booking deposit to confirm your reservation and will also act as a security deposit during your stay.
Following your departure, and once the property has been checked, the deposit will be returned to you via bank transfer, subject to any necessary deductions.
PAYMENTS:
Full payment for the rental must be received no later than one calendar month prior to your arrival date. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your booking and loss of the property reservation.
For short-notice bookings, full payment is required immediately, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance.
Bank details will be provided to facilitate payment by transfer.
Accepted methods of payment include cash, debit card, credit card, or bank transfer to our Spanish account.
BOOKING FORM AND OCCUPANCY:
A completed booking form is required for all reservations, including those made through third parties. This enables us to effectively manage arrivals, departures, and same-day changeovers.
The property may only be occupied by the number of guests stated on the booking form. The total number of guests (including adults and children) must not exceed the maximum occupancy specified for the property.
Substitution or change of guests during the rental period is not permitted without prior agreement. We reserve the right to refuse access to the property or terminate the stay if these conditions are not met.
Any unauthorised additional guests may result in extra charges per person.
WINTER RENTALS / LONG TERM RENTALS:
Winter rentals have become increasingly popular in recent years and typically range from 3 to 6 months.
We also offer a selection of long-term rental properties. The term “long-term” generally refers to rentals from a minimum of 3 months up to an open-ended duration, depending on availability.
Properties may include electricity and water within the monthly rental price, although this will vary depending on the property and the rental period.
To secure a long-term or winter rental, a deposit—typically equivalent to one month’s rent—is required as soon as possible. This deposit is refundable upon departure, subject to the property being left in the same condition as at the start of the tenancy. In addition, one month’s rent in advance is required.
For properties with private pools, please note that regular maintenance is required. This may result in increased water and electricity usage, and tenants are responsible for the full cost of these utilities unless otherwise stated.
