All properties must meet a suitable rental standard and include essential items such as bed linen, towels and basic kitchen equipment. An inventory checklist can be provided to owners outlining the recommended requirements for rental properties.
Annual Management Fee for rental properties:
400.00€ plus IVA (484.00€) per year
This includes the day-to-day administration and management of the property, guest communication, booking coordination and general support services.
Key Holding Services:
350.00€ plus IVA (423.50€) per year
This service includes regular property checks, emergency assistance and access coordination when required.
We also work with trusted local tradesmen including plumbers, electricians and handymen to assist with maintenance issues where necessary.
Owners are kindly asked to inform us of any personal stays, family visits or private bookings to avoid scheduling conflicts.
